Who is this course for?

The level 4 food safety management course is designed to meet the needs of supervisors and managers of food safety in all sectors of industry. On completion of a comprehensive study programme, students will undertake a multiple choice examination or produce a portfolio of evidence in electronic format to include assignment task responses towards achieving a number of assessment criteria.
